Alhamdullilah, By the grace of the Almighty, Phase one of the renovation and refurbishment of Imam Yusuf Motala Academy is well underway and Insha’Allah regular updates will be posted here.
By the grace of the Almighty, this was completed in the summer of 2023 as the above pictures show. We have now applied for two side extensions and with your duaas will insha’Allah be accepted.
The first extension which is shown in the plans consist of the NEW entrance with all new toilets and ablution area. The second extension which has been applied for is a two storey side bulding which will bw used for the girls Madrasa classes and the expansion of the masjid and madrasa.
Alhamdulillah, with the extension being approved on either side, work has been carrying on and by the grace of the almighty both buildings are erect and internal work has started,
On the Madrasa Side The windows and Emergency exit has been installed and also the second floor
On the Wudhu Khana extension side first fix of the plumbing has been installed and electrics along with the skylights and underfloor heating.
We are still in need of cost for tiling which is working out to £80/sqm
